Small Group Class Details and Prices

 

Classes at The Berkeley Centre are small group classes with a maximum of 5 students per class.  Students benefit from individual attention and assists

 

Small group classes are open to all levels and abilities.  Beginners are very welcome.  Yoga equipment is provided

 

Classes run in 6 week blocks with a week break every 12 weeks

 

Pre-booking is preferred for these classes due to limited space

 

£54 for 6 week block

£10 Drop-in  - please TEXT Susie on the day to check space


If you have pre-paid and are unable to attend a class one week, you are welcome to make it up by joining another class with Susie at any class location providing it is within the same 6 week block.  Please check space beforehand

 

Parking outside The Berkeley Centre in Berkeley Square is short-stay (max. 2hrs) pay at metre, or free on street parking available in Clifton Village - 5 minutes walk away

 

General advice

 

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise; bring something warm to wear or a blanket for relaxation at end of each class; and ideally, allow 2 hours after eating before coming to class

6 Week Small Group Classes - by request

 

6 week courses are available with 2 or more students
Please let Susie know if you are interested in these, the classes will run as soon as there are enough students on the waiting list - individuals can join as well

Price varies depending on student numbers:
2 students £20, 3 students £14, each per week
4-6 students £9 each per week
Students can start a course at any time 

 

These can be Flow Yoga Classes - great for a small group of colleagues to keep fit, de-stress and socialise before or after work

 

They can also be Yoga for Health Classes with a specific focus such as - Yoga for Stress Relief, Back Care, M.E., Diabetes Support, Healthy Hearts
