Therapeutic Dance, art and Drama Workshops
Movement Expression Transformation
Moved Moved is a unique series of therapeutic workshops that brings together movement, psychotherapy, and creative practices to support emotional wellbeing, self-expression, and personal growth. Each workshop offers a different pathway into healing through dance, art and drama, while maintaining a shared, trauma-informed and supportive foundation.
These workshops are co-led by Jade Taussig, an accredited psychotherapist, coach, and movement practitioner, trained in a number of diverse dance styles including: African Dance, Contemporary, Flamenco, Hip Hop, Bollywood, Ballet and Jazz. With additional martial arts experience: Karate (black belt), Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Participants can attend individual workshops or experience the full series, exploring multiple ways to connect with themselves and others.
Therapeutic Dance Workshop (Jade & Syreeta)
This Therapeutic Dance Workshop offers a powerful, integrative experience combining movement, psychotherapy and coaching to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-expression.
Participants are guided to reconnect with their bodies and explore movement as a pathway to emotional and psychological transformation, within a safe and supportive environment.
Facilitation & Expertise
This workshop is co-led by Jade Taussig, alongside Syreeta Rose, founder of Dance Again. Syreeta brings nearly 20 years of dance experience, specialising in African Dance and has worked extensively with neurodivergent individuals, older adults and those at the end of life.
Together, they combine clinical depth with creative expertise, creating sessions that are both emotionally safe and empowering.

Therapeutic Dance & Art Workshop (Jade & Ran)
This Therapeutic Dance & Art Workshop blends movement with visual creative practice, offering a holistic approach to emotional expression and self-discovery.
Participants explore how emotions can be expressed not only through the body but also through artistic creation, deepening reflection and insight.
Facilitation & Expertise
The workshop is co-led by Jade Taussig alongside Ran Dang, an Art Psychotherapist, who brings a strong interdisciplinary background combining psychotherapy and creativity. With experience in creative exploration, Ran supports participants in translating internal experiences into visual and expressive forms, bridging structure and creativity in a unique and accessible way. Ran has worked with various client groups, including inpatients with psychosis in acute wards, children and young people within special education and rehabilitation. Her research interests are shame, narcissism and the bilingual brain.
Ran is a member of The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and American Psychological Association (APA)
Together, they create a reflective and exploratory space that encourages both emotional processing and creative freedom.

Therapeutic Dance & Drama Workshop (Jade & Cara)
This Therapeutic Dance & Drama Workshop combines movement with drama-based techniques to explore storytelling, identity and emotional expression.
Through guided exercises, participants use both body and voice to explore personal narratives, build confidence and engage in meaningful self-discovery.
Facilitation & Expertise
The workshop is co-led by Jade Taussig alongside Cara Mahoney, who brings experience in Performance (Stage and Screen), Dance (Ballroom, Latin American Dance and Ballet), Communication and Expressive Storytelling. Her background supports participants in exploring identity, voice and emotional expression through drama-based practices, helping individuals step into new perspectives and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Cara is an Award-winning Screenwriter, the Director of Yonic Productions and trained as an Actor at the Oxford School of Drama.
Together, they create a dynamic and engaging space that blends creativity with therapeutic depth.
