Dance & Mental Health Workshop

This Dance & Mental Health Workshop offers a powerful, integrative experience that brings together movement, psychotherapy and coaching to support emotional wellbeing, resilience and self-expression. Designed for individuals seeking healing, insight and reconnection with their bodies, the workshop invites participants to explore movement as a pathway to mental, emotional and psychological transformation.

The workshop creates a safe, supportive environment where participants can process emotions, build confidence, develop self-awareness and engage in personal growth through embodied experience. No prior dance experience is required.

Facilitation & Expertise

The workshop is co-led by Jade Taussig, a highly qualified and accredited psychotherapist, coach, and movement practitioner, alongside Syreeta Rose, founder of Dance Again. Syreeta brings nearly 20 years of dance experience, with specialisms in African Dance and extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, older adults, and people at the end of life. She is also an experienced Activities Coordinator, offering a compassionate, inclusive and adaptable approach to group facilitation.

Together, the facilitators combine clinical depth with creative expertise, ensuring sessions are both emotionally safe and creatively empowering.
